1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, APIs, and related services provided by Portrak (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Portrak ("we," "us," or "our") is a platform owned by Portrak LLC, registered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

3. BUSINESS USE ONLY

The Service is intended for business and professional purposes. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you are using the Service for business purposes and not as a consumer.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security protections, scrape or bulk-download data without permission, or use the Service to build a competing product.

5. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE

THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE. INFORMATION MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE, OR INACCURATE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PORTRAK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES OR LOST PROFITS.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the DIAC Rules.
