Refund Policy

1. Payments

Payments for paid Secregate products and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Portrak LLC. Stripe handles payment information and payment processing; Portrak LLC remains responsible for the Secregate service and refund decisions.

2. Refund Requests

If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase, the services provided, applicable law, and the terms and policies of our payment provider.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be issued.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing for an additional billing period. You will normally retain access to the paid service until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.

Cancellation of a subscription does not by itself result in a refund for amounts already paid.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a material technical issue that prevents you from using a paid Secregate service as intended, please contact us so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Where appropriate, we may provide a refund, credit, service extension, or another reasonable remedy.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase or that a payment was made in error, please contact us promptly.

We will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange for the incorrect charge to be refunded.

6. Stripe

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on Stripe, the payment method, and the customer's financial institution.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
